About CalcAttendance

A small tool for a noisy question: where do I stand?

CalcAttendance is a free attendance calculator for university and college students. It runs as static pages with JavaScript in your browser. There is no signup and no server-side gradebook. You enter attended and held classes (and remaining classes when you are planning skips) and you get a percentage, a miss budget, a recovery count, or a per-subject log.

The project exists because students ask the same three questions every term: what is my percentage, how many sessions can I still miss, and how many do I have to attend in a row if I am already short. Institutional rules vary. This site never claims that every university requires 75%. Targets of 75%, 80%, 85%, and 90% are provided so you can match the document that actually governs you.

Subject rows and your dark-mode preference stay in this browser via localStorage. Calculations are not sent to us. Third-party scripts used for fonts, analytics, and ads are described on the privacy page. Questions: contact.
