Calculations
Attendance math runs entirely in your browser. We do not operate an API that receives your attended/held numbers to compute results on a server.
Local storage
The subject tracker writes calcattendance_subjects in your browser’s localStorage. The theme toggle writes calcattendance_theme (light or dark). Clearing site data removes them. They are not transmitted by our pages as form posts.
Cookies and third-party scripts
The site loads Google Analytics (gtag.js, measurement ID G-D92PYWJ74F). Google may set cookies or use similar identifiers to collect usage statistics such as pages viewed and approximate location according to Google’s own policies.
The site loads Google AdSense (pagead2.googlesyndication.com, client ca-pub-3971484649763164). AdSense may use cookies or advertising identifiers for serving and measuring ads, including personalised ads if Google determines that is allowed in your region. Use Google’s ad settings or your browser controls if you want to limit this.
Pages load the Inter font from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Google may log the request (IP address, user agent) as with any font CDN.
The footer can load a badge image from newtool.site. That host may see a request for the image.
Accounts and contact
There is no CalcAttendance login. If you email us, we will have the address and message you send. We do not sell student attendance records — we never receive those records through the calculator.
